Description
This Fabrique Nationale (FN) Hi Power is a classic wartime example of one of the most influential 9mm pistols ever made. Produced during Nazi occupation of Belgium, it features the correct "WaA140" Waffenamt proof marks and matching serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel—a rare and desirable trait among collectors.
Chambered in 9mm with a 4 3/4" barrel, this pistol retains 40–79% of its original blue finish and displays expected honest wear from wartime service. Despite its aged exterior, it remains fully functional and mechanically sound, with no broken parts. The black plastic grips are original-style and show period wear appropriate for its rating.
As one of the earliest high-capacity service pistols, the Hi Power served across numerous battlefields and remained in military service long after WWII. This example captures a critical moment in firearms history and is a must-have for serious WWII or military handgun collectors.
